No accounts

There are no user accounts on this site. You do not sign in, and we do not create a profile for you. The only thing you can submit is an email address for the newsletter, which is optional.

Content is provided as is

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We try to be accurate and to check claims against primary sources, but we do not guarantee that everything is current, complete, or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Use of our content

Independence

nxtstack.io is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies and products it covers. Product and company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Connected platform accounts

Where nxtstack connects its own social media accounts (for example TikTok, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn) to its publishing tools, access tokens are stored only for accounts nxtstack controls, are used only to publish nxtstack's own content, and can be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings. No third-party users connect accounts through these tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
