Who is responsible
nxtstack.io is run independently by the team behind nxtstack and its YouTube channel, based in the United States. Questions and requests go to hello@nxtstack.io.
Analytics
We count page views with a cookieless analytics service. It does not fingerprint your device or track you across sites, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we first send you one confirmation email; nothing else goes out until you click its link, and an unconfirmed address is never mailed again. Once confirmed, your address is stored with our email delivery provider in the United States so we can send you a note when a new post is published. That is the only use. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also email hello@nxtstack.io to unsubscribe, to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We act on requests within 30 days. The signup form uses a bot check that verifies a real person is submitting without setting tracking cookies.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we keep your name, email address, company if you give one, how you found us, and your message, so we can reply and follow up. We store it in a database with our hosting provider and send a copy to our team inbox through our email delivery provider. We do not add you to the newsletter or use it for anything else. Ask us to delete it at any time.
Report a problem
The status page has a "Report a problem" form. It collects your message and, if you choose to give one, your email address. It also sends the page you were on and the status the page was showing. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check, which receives your IP address for that check, and the report is delivered to our team mailbox by email through Resend. We use your email address only to reply to your report. We do not add it to the newsletter or any other list. To ask what we hold from a report, or to have it deleted, email hello@nxtstack.io.
Video embeds
Videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, which does not store tracking cookies until you play a video. Inside the player, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone for advertising. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA and can exercise them by emailing hello@nxtstack.io. Visitors in the EU and UK can exercise their access, correction, deletion, and objection rights the same way; our lawful basis for the newsletter is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Connected platform accounts
Where nxtstack connects its own social media accounts (for example TikTok, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn) to its publishing tools, access tokens are stored only for accounts nxtstack controls, are used only to publish nxtstack's own content, and can be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings. No third-party users connect accounts through these tools. No data from any other user is collected through these integrations.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
